If they are 3 pin connection I recommend you to upgrade to Noctua. I know Noctua is the go to name in fans. How much less air do they move.

The 12x25 and the ippc3000 is both Noctua. I recommend you to upgrade Noctua youll see the difference. Or any noctua fans for that matter.
